If you are experiencing an issue launching HOMER Pro or HOMER Grid and you see a message similar to the pop-up pictured above, requesting that you download a .NET Framework update, you are experiencing a fairly common issue associated with a failure to update Windows 7.
The .net framework requires the installation of the Windows 7 Service Pack 1, if you haven't installed the Service Pack 1 or you are unsure if you have installed it, please visit this Microsoft Webpage, download the appropriate version, and follow the instructions to complete the update.
Once the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 has been installed you must download the latest .NET Framework update. The download link can be found at this page. Please download the appropriate version for you. Once installed successfully you should be ready to run HOMER Pro or HOMER Grid on your Windows 7 computer.
